About the Album

Connections is a collection of songs celebrating friendships. It was written to celebrate romance and to commiserate loneliness.

It calls out where the points between connections make life worth it all.

It follows on from grief in a way that connections do. Without connections, we would never be free from grief.

The major enjoyment of my life is because of these connections. I don’t always nurture them, but they always come back to me. Friendships ebb and flow. Sometimes a connection that is far away and hasn’t been seen in a while can still burn strong.
